BIG STEPS Campaign Goals
Children are our future. We need your help to make that future a brighter one for the children and youth of our community. That’s what BIG STEPS is all about. This unprecedented initiative will provide CHEO with the significant resources required to take huge steps forward in essential lifesaving research and total patient care. It’s an ambitious vision, one that will see CHEO attract the best research minds, physicians, and healthcare providers to our hospital – and that will equip them with the advanced equipment and technologies they need to care for and cure our kids. The resources required to achieve this vision amount to just over $135 million, to be invested over the next five years. Most is expected to come from government, research grants, and the hospital itself. We need your help to make up the $25 million difference.
